WOWO vibes sells all products to private persons in Finland and other EU countries. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include VAT. Last update to prices: 19.2.2024.

Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the products to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the online shop to pay for the order. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections. The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods
With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, or a payment card (credit/debit). The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Orders are being shipped during workdays. All products are made to order and are usually shipped within 5-7 days. Delivery costs in Finland and other EU countries (2,90 €) are added to the order. All orders over 80 € include free shipping.

Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has been lost or damaged during shipping. Also the logistics company must be informed regarding any product damages caused from shipping.

The customer has a right to change ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has the right to change the products. The changed products must be unused and in the original packaging. Because the products are made to order, the customer has a right to return ordered products only if they are damaged. If you wish to change or return products, please contact us for the instructions. Please attach your name, contact details, and bank account number with the returned product for receiving the refund. The customer pays the cost of the return delivery.

Cancelling an order, defect liability and reclamations
The customer has right the to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in written by an email to customer service.

Collection and use of personal data
WOWO vibes collects the data necessary for the processing and invoicing of the order. WOWO vibes processes the customer’s personal data in accordance with the laws relating to data protection applicable in Finland. WOWO vibes does not sell, distribute or rent the data to third parties. WOWO vibes does not transfer the collected personal data to third parties for purposes other than those relating to the processing of the order or possible debt collection measures. WOWO vibes retains the right to transfer data relating to a customer to the authorities if the customer has acted against the law or contrary to good practice. 
The customer has the right to review, rectify or erase the data on him/her from the customer register. For this purpose, please make a request in writing to the address info@wowovibes.com

WOWO vibes is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer service of WOWO vibes immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between WOWO vibes and the consumer.
